Way up, I feel blessed. All Things Ankara Fashion Week 2015 was an ultimate success. I decided to wear an Ankara Print cape and capri jumpsuit for the occasion. The outfit was designed by yours truly.
This year we did a one day production, so I had to make sure my ensemble stood out for the night.
The cape look is a huge trend in 2015. Celebs like Janelle Monae and Lupita have been seen wearing them on red carpets.
I decided to give the cape look a try with my own spin with a splash of ankara.
I was very impressed with the turn out. I can’t wait to wear my next cape look in the future.
The cape is removable. The jumpsuit can be worn as another outfit. I love separates.
